Keep watching to the end to see some instructors from our 2021 RECON Instructor Convention put their hair in the air! FIT TIP: Opposites attract — and this choreography knows it! With each verse, the first step pushes arms away (opposite) from the direction you’re stepping. With each chorus, the first move starts with the opposite arm up from the foot that’s stepping forward. Don’t get lost in the technicality of right vs left, just get those arms up and flip your hair like you just don’t care!
